Are these official Cambridge English materials?

Yes. All materials available in the shop are official Cambridge English preparation resources developed and approved by Cambridge.

Are the materials available for all Cambridge exams?

Availability depends on the product and exam level. Some resources are designed for specific Cambridge English Qualifications or Linguaskill exams.

Do I need to register for an exam before purchasing a product?

No. Preparation materials can be purchased independently and used before registering for an exam.

Some products may also be available as an optional add-on during exam registration.

Can I combine different preparation tools?

Yes. Many candidates combine preparation materials to support different stages of their learning.

For example, some learners use:

  • Test & Train: for regular practice, and
  • Authentic Digital Practice Tests: closer to exam day for realistic exam simulation.

Are the materials suitable for teachers and Preparation Centres?

How do I access my materials after purchase?

Most digital products are accessed through Cambridge One or the corresponding Cambridge platform.

After purchase, you will receive:

  • an activation code or licence,
  • access instructions,
  • and any relevant platform information by email.

How long will I have access to the materials?

Access periods vary depending on the product purchased. For example, Test & Train licences provide access for 18 months after activation.

Can preparation materials be used for self-study?

Yes. Most products are designed for flexible self-study and can be used from home, school, or on the go.

Some materials may also include classroom or teacher-managed options.

Are the materials compatible with mobile devices?

Some products can be used on mobile phones and tablets, while others require a desktop or laptop computer.

What happens if I have technical problems accessing my materials?

Can I get a refund?

Digital licences and online materials cannot usually be refunded once activated.

If a licence has not been activated, refund requests may be considered within the period specified in our refund policy. Please contact our team for assistance.
